C3414-500-S02K4_P1 Firmware Update Release

The SAGE Team is proud to announce the new C3414-500-S02K4_P1 Firmware Rlease.
See the attached release notes for the full details on the enhancements and fixes included in the patch.
Enhancements:

• Updated startup initialization code which should substantially reduce the time between reboot and the RTU fully initializing.
• Added SEL 2411 support for SEL protocol.
• System Log message format enhancements when DNP controls are blocked by local mode switch. 

Some fixes to several protocols were also implemented.
