C3414-500-S02K4_P1 Firmware Update Release

The SAGE Team is proud to announce the new C3414-500-S02K4_P1 Firmware Rlease.
See the attached release notes for the full details on the enhancements and fixes included in the patch.
Enhancements:

Updated startup initialization code which should substantially reduce the time between reboot and the RTU fully initializing.
Added SEL 2411 support for SEL protocol.
System Log message format enhancements when DNP controls are blocked by local mode switch.

Some fixes to several protocols were also implemented.
